The Scottish government have recently announced plans to introduce a new legislation next year, for all new housing in Scotland to be built to the equivalent of Passivhaus standards.
Following this announcement, we were pleased to meet representatives from the Edinburgh City Council at our Lancaster Park development in south Belfast this month, who were in Northern Ireland on a fact-finding mission, learning more about our ground-breaking Passivhaus properties and the cutting-edge technologies we have utilised in construction.
We were delighted to show our Edinburgh visitors around Lancaster Park and share our experience and expertise as they plan for a greener future.
