Lancaster Park
Lancaster ParkAugust 2024: Work continues steadily at our Lancaster Park development. The interest to date has been exceptional and it’s exciting to see homebuyer taking up residence in their new homes.
There are 10 different house types to choose in a range of three and four, detached and semi-detached homes. Our show house is open for viewings on Sundays between 2pm- 4pm. Beaufort Green
August 2024: Located on the Comber Road in Carryduff, Beaufort Green is our latest Passivhaus development to be released. With planning permission for 74 detached and semi-detached properties and eight different house types to choose from, 13 houses have initially been released in the first phase. First completions are estimated for late 2024.
